Snorkling and Diving in the Turks and Caicos

The island is surrounded by one of the most extensive coral reef systems making this one of the top ten diving destination in the world.

Underwater walls stretching almost 7,000 vertically foot down allows an asortment of sea creatures to pass. These include the migrating Humpback Whales, Spotted Eagle Rays, Manta Rays, Turtles and Dolphins.
Due to the small population, pollution has been kept to a minimum allowing excellent visibility (up to 200 feet), pristine reefs, abundant tropical flora and fauna, fish and other marine life.

Sea Temperature at the surface in summer is around 82 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit.

Diving equipment on the island can be hired and training is available to those who wish to learn scuba diving for the first time.
